But it stopped working - all batteries were charged and none would work. I've come home and now there is no sound and the back screen doesn't work. Seems like GoPro support doesn't want to provide support. Hey everyone I have a GoPro hero 2018 and the back touchscreen isnā€™t working, itā€™s clearly on but you cannot see a preview or access any settings, does anyone have any ideas what problem this is or how to fix it? Camera seemed fine until I tried to open images and now its stuck on loading, cant turn off. Held for 8 seconds still not working. Translate with Google. There is a small button on the bottom left of the screen you can press.that's the on/off for the screen. If that doesn't work, go to setup by the front of your gopro then press mode once to take you to the touch display option. Next go to the 4th option (disp power) and press the capture button to change the seeing to on. SpiA9Vu.
